  1. How can I make a return or exchange?

  2. How can I pick up my order? Is delivery available?

    All store orders are available for pickup only at the main Venture office . You will receive details and a confirmation once the order is placed. With your permission, another Venture employee can pickup the order for you.

  3. How long does it take to get the order ready?

    The orders will be ready for pickup typically within 2-4 business days. You will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.

  4. How can I use my gift card?

    Gift cards are emailed to Venture employees at their work email address. The gift card numbers can be entered in at checkout. Please reach out to dkeller@ventureseattle.com if you have any questions.
